Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fraud Prevention Tool and Tech Manager - Fraud Prevention, Bank Account Verification, and Risk-Based Authentication for a 100% remote role. Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Fraud Prevention Tool and Tech Manager with expertise in fraud prevention tools related to bank verification, and risk-based authentication to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background implementing and managing fraud technology in the financial services industry, with specific experience in leveraging LexisNexis, Plaid, and/or similar tools for risk-based authentication and banking bank account verification solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirement and necessary logic for fraud prevention and risk-based authentication solutions
- Raise fraud gaps and needs to product along with clear data around the exposure/loss/risks
- Partner closely with the Fraud Prevention Product Owner to gather necessary information
- Provide high-level requirements and support enterprise prioritization
- Vet fraud services and tools, make tool recommendation to product and technology
- Interact with fraud prevention vendors
- Participate in discovery, design, testing, and business readiness
- Provide ongoing subject matter expertise for fraud tools and capabilities
- Work closely with fraud operations and fraud strategy teams to business functionality and business objectives to use case needs
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry regulations
- Partner closely with product development teams to support timely delivery within scope and budget
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and fraud prevention
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of risk-based authentication methodologies, with direct experience implementing solutions leveraging LexisNexis for identity verification and risk assessment
- Proven history of leading successful product development projects, from conception to launch, in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and industry regulations governing fraud prevention and authentication in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product strategy and decision-making
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions with minimal supervision
- Experience with implementing and managing bank account verification solutions through Plaid is preferred
