Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking an IT Business Analyst IV. Duties:
- Identify and drive tech and non-tech projects/initiatives for all capabilities within the Money Organization under the Small Business Group business unit
- Focus on phased deliveries for each of the projects to maximize positive business impact
- Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects
- Post deployment monitoring for the projects
- Review and co-own existing data analytics process flows within the Money Incident Management (MIM) team - dedicated group that support Major Incidents that impacts Money organization
- Learn and scale in incident management processes to proxy support Major Incidents as needed
- Experience with Incident/Problem/Change management
- FTP/SFTP experience
- Project/Program management experience
- AWS/Cloud experience
- Willingness to cover weekend shifts once every 4-5 weeks
