Junior React Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Junior React Developer to join their team. Summary: Testing is super important to what they do as they can risk any downtime so TDD experience is a must and this person must be proficient at testing their own code. They also use CI/CD pipelines (Concourse/Jenkins) and deploy to the cloud (GCP). They also put an emphasis on monitoring the application once its deployed, as well as understanding the metrics on how its performing (new relic). The Junior React Developer will deploy to the cloud (GCP and BigQuery) and need someone that understands some form of cloud and deployments. The team is very energetic and strong collaboration skills are a must.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience with React; Overall, the client is open to an entry level engineer up to 3 years of experience as long as they have an expertise in react, are a strong problem solver, passionate about technology, and a strong coder
• Experience with HTML/CSS
• Experience with TDD (testing their own code)
• Experience with Node
• Cloud Experience (GCP preferred, BigQuery a plus)
• Understanding of pipelines, monitoring performance of application and metric
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
