Kforce has a client that is seeking Learning Engineers in San Jose, CA. Functional Responsibilities: Technology Evangelism:
- Learning Engineers identify and describe the value proposition of company Learning & Certifications products and services, to include digital training, instructor led training, career certifications, and educational offerings from our partner ecosystem
- Describe the business and individual benefits of technical education services to accelerate time to value for company products, solutions, and services
- Perform demonstrations of the company Digital Learning Platform tools and Modeling Lab products
- Deepen knowledge of company technical solutions and architecture capabilities through self-study research, training, and skills development
- Maintain awareness of Company Innovations and emerging customer and industry trends
- Engage with Company L&C BDM team and Company Account teams to identify customer outcomes and recommend and position appropriate learning content
- Engage with Company L&C BDM team to define and prioritize learning content to redeem Company Learning Credits
- Consult with Company L&C BDM team to identify and match product to L&C learning content
- Consult and engage with Company L&C BDM team and Company Learning Partners to identify opportunities for custom and bespoke training opportunities based on customer requirements
- Consult with Company L&C BDM team to help define forecast opportunities, and provide relevant opportunity updates within the CRM tool
- Gather and research account insights and trends to identify new opportunities within assigned customer accounts
- Consult and collaborate with Company L&C BDM team on key account planning activities
- Engage with Company/Partner account team and Customer to identify solution objective and outcome, business drivers, technical strategy
- Possess knowledge and proficiency of Company Enterprise networking principles and solutions at or above the CCNA (Associate) level
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
