Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Project Analyst I responsible for loss mitigation case management. This will involve reviewing Loss Mitigation cases, including but not limited to loan modifications, payment deferrals and forbearance. Communication with servicers takes place via email.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in a production environment
- 3 years of retention solutions experience - modifications, payment deferrals, loss mitigation experience
- Modification and loss mitigation knowledge is required - candidates must know what it's like to work in a production environment
- May have experience working at a servicer shop
- Mortgage knowledge
- Great time management skills
- Preferred: ticketing tool experience - they use Darts backend ticketing tool
- Excellent communication and written skills, along with business acumen
- Applications that the candidate may work on: Salesforce, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
