Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager II in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities:
- Project Manager II will handle many of the oversight duties involved in getting a product from the concept stage to the production stage; Work to maximize product by foreseeing customer and market demands
- Typically, in charge of ensuring that best practices are followed, goals are met, and projects and related operations are conducted effectively
- Often in charge of coordinating marketing, sales, and other product-implementation strategies to ensure that operations are properly conducted
- Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the development/implementation teams
- Must evaluate the market to find ways to better serve the customers and increase profitability
- Transform business and market strategies into do-able, defined product plans
- As a Project Manager II, you will lead market research and position conversations to ensure viable products and balanced growth
- Define and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development
- Undergraduate degree required in Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, or other related disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 2 years working as a Product Manager, either as a Growth PM or Platform PM role
- Typically, have extensive experience and training in various aspects of business and commerce
- Must have knowledge of technical processes, adherence to marketing guidelines, and familiarity of business strategies
- Knowledge in MarTech and specifically in Web capabilities and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and Web Components Technologies (JavaScript and React)
- Understanding Ability to write detailed Product Requirements Documentation
- Proactive, leadership-oriented, and familiar with the needs of the company and the customer base
- Strong Product Management Craft Skills: ability to clearly write user-stories, write Product Requirements Documents, understand business impact, put a clear roadmap, identify what is MVP, etc.
- Strong Project Management skills: detailed oriented, ability to assign and follow through on tasks, provide status updates, etc.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-zone environment, bring a strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver results with high quality
- Must be able to communicate effectively, analyze data from numerous inputs, and provide direction and guidance to their subordinates
