- Senior Business Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for business stakeholders, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities
- Proactively engage with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and value creation
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to support business objectives, leveraging technology and resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment and integration of business and technology solutions
- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit business requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders, ensuring their needs are accurately represented
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Preferred, minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, or related field, with a proven track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and delivering business-critical projects
- Preferred, minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in business relationship management, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive organizational objectives
- Experience with common project management methodologies
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational dynamics, industry trends, and strategic frameworks to effectively navigate and contribute to business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and documentation techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to interpret financial information to inform strategic decision-making
- Relevant certifications are a plus
