Summary: The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible to analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications and systems to meet the organization's needs. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. - Analyze user requirements and translate them into software solutions
- Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and systems to meet business requirements - including reports, workflows, data models, user interfaces, and automation rules - using MS SQL, MS Reporting Services (SSRS), Visual Studio, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
- Integrate and maintain CRM system with other cloud-based and on-premises applications, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and customer support tools
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and software design principles
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and CRM platform updates to continuously improve CRM solutions and drive innovation within the organization
- Assists end users in problem solving and error corrections
- Troubleshoot and debug software applications to identify and resolve issues
- Create, maintain and follow process and system documentation; May be required to train others on documentation, as assigned
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies (or related field) is required
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a software developer and three (3) years of experience in the design and development of database management systems is required
- Experience in analyzing, designing and redesigning business processes is required
- Experience with CRM systems administration, configuration, and customization, preferably with cloud-based CRM platforms
- Sound programming skills using .NET, C#, Restful and other Web Services, JavaScript and MS SQL Programming/query tuning
- Skilled in Report Development using MS Reporting Services (SSRS), DAX, Power Query/M, and MS SQL Programming
- Application development using: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Visual Studio
- Experience with Dataverse SDKs and Object-Oriented programming is preferred, but not required
- Experience with CRM integration technologies and APIs, using REST, SOAP, and OAuth is a plus
