The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating releases, ensuring smooth deployments, and maintaining a reliable and consistent release pipeline. This role requires expertise in Salesforce, continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts. The Release Manager will work with SFDC SMEs by business process/capability, business solution architects, and multiple Solution Delivery teams (Advanced Admin, internal IT, SIs) Key Responsibilities:

The Release Manager will work with SFDC SMEs by business process/capability, business solution architects, and multiple Solution Delivery teams (Advanced Admin, internal IT, SIs) Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the release lifecycle, from planning through deployment, for Salesforce-related projects, specifically supporting the platform and ensuring that the Juniper SFDC deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Manage escalations and support the overall SFDC Release Manager
- Coordinate with the Juniper development team and the Juniper instance of SFDC
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as Visual Studio Code with GitHub plugin
- Ensure efficient deployment of new features and fixes across different Salesforce environments (sandbox, staging, production)
- Maintain version control of Salesforce components using Git or other source code management tools
- Track, manage, and resolve conflicts within configuration and customizations
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce environments
- Ensure alignment across multiple environments to support development, testing, and production
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely resolutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related incidents
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer)
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
