- Cash Management: Manage daily cash operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing cash balances
- Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage financial risks, including interest rate risk and liquidity risk
- Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and negotiate banking services and fees
- Investment Management: Oversee the investment of surplus cash and ensure compliance with investment policies
- Debt Management: Manage existing debt and explore opportunities for refinancing or restructuring to reduce costs
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury and cash management
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategy development
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CTP certification is a plus
- Proven experience in treasury management, including cash management, risk management, and investment management
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and banking relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
