RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer V in Los Angeles, CA.Summary:The Lead User Experience (UX) Designer works independently and collaboratively to design user-friendly, responsive digital products that meet the needs of end-users and creates value for the business within technical, timeline, budgetary and regulatory constraints.This role requires a high level of critical thinking and leadership and performs UX tasks for a digital project/product team, including research and analysis, wireframing and prototyping, usability testing, and UX QA of builds.Key Tasks:
- UX Designer V will lead pods that design products from concept to launch, ensuring that design meets business and user needs
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate business requirements that often include complex workflows and financial data
- Lead UX discovery, including competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and information architecture
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working hands on and in collaboration with researchers and user testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design as well as touch design best practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Highly skilled at wireframe creation and effective documentation development and requirements documentation
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
