Content Writer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Content Writer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT. Our client strives to connect their customers to superior communications and entertainment products with the highest quality service.

Summary:
With customer experience in mind, the DSCX content team ensures clear, concise customer communications for multiple customer journeys and for issue resolution. This includes communications for emails and SMS messaging. The Content Writer will ensure that communications are written, reviewed and executed based on specific project or issues being resolved. This role consists of 70% writing content and working across teams, and 30% ensuring stakeholder engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Critical writing experience
* Project management experience
* Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
* Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
