Data & Analytics Cloud Platform Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Richmond, VA that is seeking a Data & Analytics Cloud Platform Engineer.

Responsibilities:
* Data & Analytics Cloud Platform Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines integrating cost data
* Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and visualizations
* Identify cost anomalies and savings opportunities
* Implement intelligent and easy-to-use platforms and frameworks for Data Science Machine Learning (DSML)
* Automate necessary scaling within environment
* As a Data & Analytics Cloud Platform Engineer, you will implement Azure cloud capabilities
* Configure and monitor cloud-based Data & Analytics platforms
* Streamline operation processes via continuous integration and automated testing
* Drive efficient resolution for system outages

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years Cloud Platform Engineering experience in an enterprise-level environment
* 5 years of DevOps experience
* 3 years of experience with FinOps and Azure cost management
* 3 years of experience with reporting and visualization tools
* 3 years leading the end-to-end design and development of scalable services
* Experience in DevOps and SRE practices, testing frameworks, Infrastructure as Code, and building CI/CD pipelines
* Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bicep templates, and PowerShell

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
