Data Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Data Engineer for a fully remote role within the US.

Responsibilities:
* Data Engineer will assemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements
* Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
* Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources
* Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
* As a Data Engineer, you will work with stakeholders including data, design, product, and executive teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues
* Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of Python
* 3 years of working on/built pipelines of 25 pipelines done
* 3 years of Snowflake
* 3 years of building pipelines from various sources
* 3 years of SQL Server, plus other databases
* 3 years of AWS
* 3 years of Kafka is a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
