RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist in San Jose, CA.
Summary: This role plays a critical part in driving demand and optimizing conversion rates. The Demand Generation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement testing strategies, and personalize content to enhance user engagement and drive demand.
Responsibilities: Demand Generation: * Work closely with portfolio Digital Strategist teams to understand objectives and target audiences * Demand Generation Specialist will leverage account-based personalization techniques to tailor website content for top-tier customer segments * Create/optimize compelling landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action that drive lead generation * Optimize user journeys to maximize demand generation across different stages of the funnel
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): * As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will analyze company website performance metrics and identify areas for improvement * Develop and execute tests, and other optimization strategies to enhance conversion rates * Collaborate with UX/UI team and publishing to implement changes based on test results
REQUIREMENTS: * To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed * Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
