RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Front End Web Developer in Madison, NJ.
Summary:
The Front-End Web Application Developer possesses a high technical aptitude to implement front-end design changes as requested by product owners and design teams and serves as SME with other developers to implement changes in an Agile environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of EcmaScript/JavaScript 6 (including developing JS prototype classes)
* 5 years of jQuery 3.31 , jQuery UI 1.12
* 5 years of SASS/CSS (including writing mix-ins)
* 5 years of HTML (expert understanding of DOM)
* 5 years of ASP.NET MVC or similar MVC platform
* Web Performance analysis (LCP, FCP, FP)
* Responsive web design
* GULP tasks/ BOWER/JSLint
* Experience working on high volume consumer-facing sites with strong SEO focus
* The candidate should have a strong web development skillset utilizing low-level web technologies, including understanding JavaScript prototypes, web server performance and web browser mechanics including concepts such as LCP, FCP, FP, and have previously implemented aspects of responsive web design
* We require a developer with knowledge which predates Angular, React, Bootstrap, and Typescript development
* The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of web browser DOM and utilizing HTML, JavaScript as well as jQuery, and SASS/CSS to deliver front end designs within a responsive web design framework. ASP.NET experience is desirable, however any experience in a similar MVC framework is acceptable
* The candidate should ideally be strong in front-end development, with backend server-side development a bonus
Useful skillset:
* Visual Studio
* Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
* Vue.JS (side-by-side integration as needed)
* Image carousels (owl)
* NodeJS/npm
* Angular, React, Typescript
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
