Full Stack Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Houston, TX.

Duties Include:
* Technical Leadership: Full Stack Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions, providing technical expertise and mentorship to development teams
* Solution Architecture: Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, architect robust and scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with project goals
* Coding and Development: Oversee and participate in the coding process, employing best practices in software development, including coding standards, version control, and documentation
* Code Reviews: Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with project requirements
* Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of software applications and systems, implementing improvements to ensure scalability and reliability
* Software Testing: As a Full Stack Developer, you will implement and oversee software testing processes to ensure the reliability, functionality, and maintainability of software solutions
* Government Projects: Apply your experience with government projects to address specific regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring that solutions meet all necessary standards and guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in software development, software architecture, or technical leadership, with a proven track record in working on government projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
