RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Manager in Atlanta, GA.
Overview: The client is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager who excels in implementation and migration projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive driver with a knack for connecting project dots and communicating effectively at an executive level. If you thrive in orchestrating complex projects, building strong teams, and delivering results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and resources * Implementation Mastery: Lead implementation and migration efforts, overseeing every phase from planning to execution, ensuring seamless transitions * Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating project updates, risks, and milestones effectively * Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, addressing challenges promptly, and providing recommendations for resolution * Executive Communication: Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to executive leadership, offering strategic insights and guidance based on project performance
REQUIREMENTS: * Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies * PMP or equivalent certification is desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
