RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Workday/Data Analyst in New York, NY. In this role, you will be proactively developing audits on all data aspects within data conversion efforts as we transition between tenants, TCU and Go-Live according to phase in project.
REQUIREMENTS: * Cross-functional support experience * Advanced technical Excel/spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, power query, conditional formatting, data reporting, validation, macros, auditing, and formulas, including but not limited to, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, MATCH, COUNTIF, INDEX, etc. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage multiple shifting priorities * Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly * Highly developed troubleshooting skills, including tenacity and investigative abilities to identify the root cause of problems * Proficiency in Workday is preferred, with a focus on the Core HCM module, Recruiting, Benefits, Security, and Reporting (Alternatively, exposure to HR Systems, e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
