Program Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Analyst in Huntsville, AL.

Duties Include:
* Manage bottoms-up ETC/EAC
* Track Funding and Revenue Burn on a weekly basis
* Provide Forecast Analysis: Forecast vs. Budget, Actual vs. Budget, Profitability Analysis
* Create program financial deliverables
* Lead weekly Financial Reviews with Program Manager
* Work with the Accounting department for project setup related activities
* As a Program Analyst, you will track subcontractor monthly burn and initiate purchase requests as needed
* Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

REQUIREMENTS:
* Finance, Accounting and/or Business-related Bachelor's degree
* 2 years of relevant experience
* Program Finance experience in IT Services Government Contracting
* A firm understanding of bottoms-up budgeting and forecasting (ETC/EAC)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* An individual with strong oral and written communication skills, detail oriented, highly organized
* Ability to work both independently and in both a local and remote team environment
* Experience in Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Reporting is preferable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
