Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Project Manager. This is a technical position so the Project Manager must understand IT application and operations processes in addition to PM and regulatory/controls testing knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* The Project Manager manages large and/or multiple projects with significant impact on technology used firm wide
* Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans with substantial latitude
* Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems and has extensive contact with internal technology clients
* As a Project Manager, this role manages complex projects from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation, using broad and extensive input from industry and/or business unit subject matter experts
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or applicable degree and seven years of experience including: project management, enterprise implementation, leadership experience, strategic planning, business acumen, applications development, and change management or combination of education, training and experience
* PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred
* 6-10 years of experience
* Prior experience scheduling and managing Controls Testing and Regulatory remediation required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
