RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quadient Developer in Madison, WI.
Summary:
The client is seeking a candidate for a corporate in-house production print and mail facility responsible for customer correspondence. We are looking for a versatile developer with polished communication skills to provide high quality technology solutions related to post composition which includes enhancing the print ready file with Quadient Inspire products to support business requirements.
Key Tasks:
* Quadient Developer will enhance documents to meet current correspondence standard
* Convert existing print format to support newer formats
* Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution
* Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations and provide input to information/data flow and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps
* Adhere to IT Control policies throughout design, development, and testing; Incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications
* Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules
* Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural and design specifications
* Identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; And review and provide feedback to the final user documentation
* As a Quadient Developer, you will participate in on-call production support
* Builds productive internal/external working relationships to work collaboratively; Shares knowledge with the team through standard work documentation, learning procedures, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge with Quadient toolset, BCC Ignite, Java, Groovy, SQL are desired
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
