RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Remedy Developer to add to their team.
Responsibilities include:
* The Remedy Developer will provide technical support of the Remedy Suite including ADDM, BCM, CMDB, Asset Management, Service/Incident/Problem/Change management within the production, test and development environments
* Managing CMDB data model and Asset/CI Audit Log
* Configuring and customizing components of ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Task, SRM, SLM and CMDB
* The Remedy Developer will create and/or update Remedy documentation to comply with software lifecycle methodologies
* Integration of Remedy with external reporting systems, Crystal Reports
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of experience with BMC Remedy Developer Studio and Remedy objects
* Experience generating reports from multiple Remedy sources and experience developing JOIN forms and other custom data sources to support reporting technologies
* Experience with direct database query technologies
* Experience supporting all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
* Experience working with Agile product delivery
* SQL (DB queries, Crystal Report Development)
2 years of experience with:
* Visual Basic
* C#,
* Javascript, VBScript, (Javascript is not necessary if they have C#)
* CSS,
* HTML
* MS SQL
* Visual Studio 2013 or higher
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
