Solutions Architect / Systems Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solutions Architect/Systems Engineer in Charleston, SC.

Duties Include:
* In coordination with leadership, identify technology and solution roadmaps to improve full cyber capabilities resulting in increased contract growth and improved customer satisfaction
* As a Solutions Architect/Systems Engineer, you will enhance Leidos best practices, lessons learned, and technological approaches to research, design, and develop innovative solutions
* Understand competitor and teammate technology

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM discipline with 10 years of experience related to software development and/or systems engineering; Additional years of relevant experience will be considered
* 5-10 years of experience with C4ISR and related systems
* Experience as a solution architect and/or technical volume lead on captures and proposals
* Experience articulating complex technical concepts to customers, business development, program delivery, technical teams, and executives, both orally and in writing
* Awareness of leading technology capability providers that enhance our technical solutions
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
