Sr. / Lead Product Manager - Retail Pricing System

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a retail client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager, Retail Pricing System.

Summary:
The focus of this role/project is digital merchandising as it relates to their retail pricing system. The client is building a pricing system to allow them to set an omni-prices across different channels. Please note, this role is onsite 4 days a week either in SF, NYC, or Dallas.

Key Tasks:
* The Senior/Lead Product Manager will submit data requests required to execute test cases and obtain end user sign off
* Drive functional backlog prioritization and lead various requirement discussions for product enhancements
* Effectively partner with Operations and technology delivery teams & QA teams through gathering detailed requirements, presenting the business value, documenting requirements in JIRA and Visio process flows
* The Manager will provide production level support for Operations and technology partners for operational go-live and ongoing deployment validation of new functionality

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of product management experience, within a retail-technology organization
* Experience related to retail supply chain management and inventory: inventory management, inventory optimization, pricing optimization
* Experience managing relationships with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and documenting those requirements in the form of user stories
* Experience driving projects independently and optimizing digital merchandising workflows to bring efficiencies
* Experience with Jira & Confluence, specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria and prioritization with delivery teams
* Experience authoring test cases that are aligned with end user expectations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
