Systems Engineer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Redmond, WA is seeking a Systems Engineer III.

Overview:
The Systems Engineer III will be a member of the test team, focusing on designing electronic test solutions for performance verification of Avionics systems. They will work closely with Avionics and PCBA design engineers to define test processes and support system bring-up, functional and Environmental testing as well as spacecraft validation. The candidate will be expected to perform system bring-up and test, writing and executing design verification plans, while ensuring proper data collection, data reviews, and demonstrating the system readiness for deployment. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging opportunity to work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas. REQUIREMENTS:
* B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
* Experience with test system architecture definition
* Experience with PCB testing as well as test rack design and integration
* Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to explain complex concepts and designs to colleagues across disciplines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
