RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a Usability Researcher 2.
Purpose of the Team: * Our organization is a worldwide incentive compensation organization
Key projects: * We will be working on mobile bench marking for Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: * 20% meetings, maybe 40% collecting data and 50% analyzing data and storytelling * Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition

Unique Selling Points: * It's really fun growing the consumer business for the office; Traditionally, we've been focused more on enterprise and education, and we are really focused on consumer scenarios now; They do use productivity software in their personal lives, that's kind of like an emerging area, which is exciting; We have weekly team meetings where we do learn sessions and they would just fully incorporate into our team culture, which is also a unique experience
REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2-4 years of experience with watching customer videos and deriving insights from those customer video * Minimum 2-4 years of experience with UX benchmarking * Minimum 2-4 years of experience with quantitatively measuring the experience of 1 product against another product and then third, making PowerPoint presentations like with within with customer insights
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
