Key Responsibilities:
- Content Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, content designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
- Create user-centered content strategies and solutions that align with product objectives and enhance the overall user experience
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate content structure and functionality
- Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs
- Apply UI/UX best practices and principles to ensure consistency and coherence across digital products and platforms
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to continuously improve the user experience
- Demonstrate showcase thinking by presenting design concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner
- As a Content Designer, you will stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content design and UI/UX
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the content design team
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3 years of experience in content design, UI/UX design, or a related role
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples and demonstrating a strong understanding of content design, UI/UX principles, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Proto.io, or Axure is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable but not required
