Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Test Lead in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.
Summary:
The Testing Engineer will have a strong background performing automated unit, integration, functional, end-to-end, acceptance, performance, and smoke testing. The Quality Assurance Test Lead will be responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. This person is involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution, working on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments and on multiple programs/systems as a test lead.

Key Tasks:
- Quality Assurance Test Lead will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Developing and executing formal test plans
- Track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment
- Work closely with developers and engineers to develop testing road maps for software applications
- Formulate criteria for and execute test cases for new approaches and platforms
- Develop and document best practices for testing code development, API design, version control, test automation and build automation
- As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, you will test and review system designs
- Create project documentation
- BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Engineering work experience - 2-10 years
- Familiarity with software development and delivery (cloud computing, containerization, AWS, microservices, high-availability, software design principles, continuous integration testing, end-to-end testing, and unit testing)
- TypeScript with knowledge of generics (especially advanced generics), basic types
- TypeScript and/or JavaScript with experience in other statically-typed languages (Scala, Rust with Generics, C meta template programming, etc.), TypeScript preferred
- Ability to listen to multiple points of view, synthesize against goals, and provide recommendations
- Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new technology
- This role requires strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
