We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the construction of our expansion plans. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch of our new retail outlets. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fit out and construction process, from initial planning and design, to quality sign off and the grand opening event. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fashion and design and have a proven track record in project management within the retail industry.
You will be responsible for all store set-up such as:
- Store Design and Layout: Collaborate with the design team to create store layouts that align with brand aesthetics and customer experience objectives
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for store set-up and opening, ensuring alignment with company goals and design standards.
- Construction Management: Oversee the store build-out process, working closely with contractors, architects, and interior designers to ensure that design concepts are executed as planned.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring expenses are kept within approved limits.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the store's appearance, layout, and design meet the company's high standards for aesthetics and functionality.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and addressing any design or project-related challenges.
