DescriptionKHAFRA Operations is currently seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives to work in Rochester, NY. This is a full time position offering medical, dental, vision and 401-K benefits. Starting hourly wage is $15.00 per hour. Job Description: Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls following scriptsSchedule appointments in compliance with schedules Provide support to customers, handle inquiries and provide resolutions. Reassure customers, and quickly process any customer complaintsPerform data entry associated with the position. Support field services technicians Document all transactions completely in multiple programsOther duties as assignedRequirements: 2 years of customer service experienceCall Center experience is a plus. Must have great customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to explain complex issues to customers and provide resolutions Must have the ability to multi-task Strong data entry skills Strict adherence to attendance and punctuality a must Must be able to work in a call center environment Bi-lingual candidates neededThe selected candidates will need to pass both a drug screen and a background check.
