Real Estate Closing Attorney

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Closing Attorney to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Closing Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Georgia real estate law, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze real estate contracts, title commitments, loan documents, and other closing materials.

2. Conducting title searches and resolving any title issues that may arise.

3. Drafting and reviewing closing documents, including deeds, mortgages, and settlement statements.

4. Communicating with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to coordinate closing logistics.

5. Conducting closings and explaining documents to clients in a clear and concise manner.

6. Overseeing the disbursement of funds and ensuring that all parties receive their respective payments.

Qualifications:

1. Admitted to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

4. At least 1 year of experience in practicing real estate law - focus on residential closings preferred

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

6. Bilingual proficiency is a plus
