1. Ensuring Compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal requirements.
2. Maintain an accurate understanding of current performance expectations for the property.
3. Administer proper procedures and Casino floor operations (Through knowledge of Slot Operations , Cash Operations, Computer networking, Table Games, Currency Tracking, Food and beverage, etc.)
4. Review and comprehend player data and other necessary documentation and observe play of guests.
5. Observe and direct actions of team members.
6. Communicate effectively with guests and all levels of team members.
7. More effective and efficiently around the casino floor so as to be able to observe plat at all times.
8. Sound technical understanding of games manuals. policies, procedures, and demonstrate ability to coordinate or supervise the work of others.
9. Knowledge of policies and procedures of games supervise, as well as knowledge of and ability to identify various cheating techniques.
10. Oversee the preparation of floor schedules to ensure proper coverage, track time and attendance.
11. Observe and supervise floor operations to ensure team members render proper service to casino patrons.
12. Explain and interpret house rules and betting limits.
13. Maintain guest confidence by responding to and resolving complaints.
14. Observes patrons participating in gambling activities to direct infractions of house rules.
15. Create and maintain a positive image of the property, operations, team members, and owners to all guests, local communities, and regulatory agencies.
16. Recommending more efficient and productive use of property assets.
17. Performs other duties and projects as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience in a supervisor/management position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service, interpersona, and team work skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery. Deal diplomatically with the public and staff.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Integrity, team player, supportive, effective listner, motivator, coach, mentor.
- Positive attitude, adaptive to chance and a good role model.
- Strong organizational ability, accurate and detail oriented with problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organization and execution, this includes strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower techniques, and production methods.
- Strong computer skills with experience in word processing and spreadsheets (ability to demonstrate proficiency).
- Knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interpret relationships.
- Ability to multi task efficiently.
