Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic website team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our website clients receive exceptional support and assistance with their website services. What You’ll Do
- Address client inquiries and requests regarding website services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related items reported by clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
- Educate clients on best practices for managing their websites effectively.
- Collaborate with the website team to improve support and retention processes and resources.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Previous experience in a client-facing support role, preferably in web services or technology.
- Strong understanding of website fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
