THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking an Assistant General Manager. This entails both front of house as well as back of house responsibilities. There is nothing that is beyond the scope of this position, as all team members report to you. The Managing Partner is your direct manager and has been with us for 4 years.
We're seeking a Manager who cherishes hospitality, has exceptional knowledge of service standards, can assist in the kitchen, follow daily standard to ensure the team is successful and the guests are having a great time. This position requires initiative as well as teamwork. We improve only if we make a deliberate decision to do so. Your job is to ensure we make that decision and follow through on it with training, one on one time, and by providing motivation to the team by leading by example.
Above all else, this position requires Relentless Execution over a sustained time period.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years management experience,
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while maintaining service standards and a sense of calm,
- Both, Front of House as well as Back of House experience is great, but not required,
- Impeccable attention to detail, being attentive to guests while also playing a supportive role to front of house staff,
- Thinking ahead, having a plan and relentlessly executing,
- Ability to lead a team, establish service standards and positively influence employee behavior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
