Broker Staff - Intern
JOB SUMMARY: (Overall purpose and objective of the job)The Brokerage Intern works as part of a team to support commercial real estate brokers with their daily property ownership research needs and data entry needs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees to whom performance of the function can be distributed).•Update and maintain listings in company database, KM Connect•Update and maintain team database, REA•Assist brokers with research requests through CoStar, LoopNet, LandVision as well as other online resources•Create, edit, and maintain brokers Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, mailings and other administrative assignmentsOTHER FUNCTIONS: (Incidental to the purpose or the job.
