Kiddo-Land Therapy, is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors at our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a compassionate and patient demeanor. As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters our clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
• Collect and record client information accurately
• Coordinate intake processes and assist with paperwork as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and client care
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing support
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• MUST speak spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
