Kidokinetics is a mobile sports program. We introduce sports to kids in a FUN and non-competitive way teaching children the fundamentals of ALL sports for children 18 months to 12 years old.
Programs are conducted at schools, parks and private residences. You will be assigned a set schedule of sites that would be consistent on a weekly basis. Our programs are offered Monday-Friday during school hours. Occasional weekend hours would be needed for special events/birthday parties.
This position requires PREVIOUS experience working with children, a High school diploma, and valid driver’s license. Applicants must pass a level 2 background check to be considered for employment. We are looking for responsible, reliable, outgoing people to join our team. Having a reliable car is a MUST as we are a mobile program.

The starting hourly rate depends on experience with reimbursement for travel and mileage. Compensated bi-weekly for teaching, drive time and mileage. Paid training is provided prior to teaching on your own.

Day-to-Day:
- Prepares events, activities, lessons, games, and classes in accordance with the guidelines of Kidokinetics Inc.
- Abides by the safety guidelines of Kidokinetics Inc. at all times
- Conducts classes in an enthusiastic, nurturing manner
- Arrives to each class prepared with the appropriate lesson plans, equipment, supplies and other materials
- Makes every effort to connect one-on-one with each child
- Addresses concerns or special needs for children and caregivers
- Is a good role model for young children physically, emotionally, and socially
- Works as part of a team
- Provides an environment of acceptance that supports and respects cultural differences
