Objective:

As a Park Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our park adheres to the highest quality and service standards. Your dedication will help us increase revenue and accomplish our business goals. You'll be responsible for monitoring store activity, ensuring proper provisioning and staffing, and being the initial point of contact between guests and Kids Empire. Your focus will be on guest satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and addressing any questions or comments they may have while present at Kids Empire.
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees to provide attentive and efficient service to our valued customers.
- Assessing employee performance regularly to provide helpful feedback and training opportunities that foster growth.
- Welcoming guests with warmth as soon as they arrive at our park; making them feel comfortable in the vibrant ambiance of our amusement park.
- Training Supervisors and Team Members on key elements of their job duties so that everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Preparing employee schedules efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures diligently for consistent service excellence.
- Opening/closing the park seamlessly while managing the alarm system effectively - setting it up or disarming it as needed.
- Operating a seamless check-in process by having guests sign liability waivers swiftly upon arrival.
- Handling cashier responsibilities meticulously - receiving payments accurately while keeping track of all cash/credit transactions securely.
- Regularly checking snack inventory levels; ordering snacks from specified vendors promptly to replenish stock so that no one goes hungry!
- Walking through the floor area regularly to monitor safety hazards proactively or rule violations by enthusiastic little adventurers!
- Keeping restrooms clean consistently; sanitizing all areas within the park, including tables, chairs, and playground structures.
- Scheduling and coordinating family events flawlessly; ensuring that events operate efficiently to create lasting memories for our guests.
**Requirements:**
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays (mandatory) because we know that's when the fun happens!
- Open availability is a must as we strive to provide exceptional experiences every day.
- Maintaining an upbeat positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential because our energy sets the tone for our guests' experience!
- Ability to operate an iPad or laptop effectively as part of your daily tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities, leadership qualities, coaching expertise, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service not only to our customers but also supporting staff members in their growth journey.
- Proficient in reading and writing English because clear communication is key!
- A bachelor’s degree in business/management or minimum related experience of 5 years demonstrates your expertise.
