Kids Incorporated Learning Centers is looking to hire an additional Assistant Director at our Queen Creek location.

Job Summary

Assist the Director in the daily operation of the center, including supervising staff and overseeing the care and safety of the children and act in place of the Director when the Director is absent. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to following AZDHS childcare licensing rules & regulations, adhering to NAC standards, using Procare, writing DES contracts & managing authorizations/stop dates & billing, CACFP paperwork, managing staff schedules and breaks, greeting parents, answering the phone, providing assistance to the teaching staff, giving tours & enrolling new families.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Min 1 year child care Assistant Director or Director experience
  • Must possess valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid certifications, Food Handler Card
