Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate their development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor and address children's needs, including feeding, changing, and nap times
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care for their children

Requirements:

- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or daycare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development and early education practices
- Ability to manage and supervise children of varying ages
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Familiarity with preschool or classroom environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
