What are the responsibilities and job description for the CASEMANAGER position at KidsPeace?
The Case Manager is responsible for obtaining all referral information, ensuring admission and clinical documentation forms are completed and filed correctly, reviewing documentation for compliance for billing, tracking and obtaining authorizations for services and working with clinicians on the coordination of discharge service planning.
Education, Training, and Experience:
Associate's Degree in related field required.
Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
Valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR Certifications required.
