Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be the first-person visitors and clients interact with when visiting each facility. This will require the Administrative Assistant to be a friendly and helpful company representative. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible answering incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate team members, and carrying out any clerical tasks assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide general support to employees and visitors.
· Answer all incoming phone calls while addressing essential customer service support.
· Transfer important communication to appropriate staff.
· Collect and sort incoming mail, deliver daily.
· Collect and post payments.
· Complete daily absentee calls for clients.
· Complete medical records requests.
· Receive and process product safety recalls.
· Scan medical records to each client’s electronic medical record.
· Conduct and document emergency drills.
· Completes client SNP paperwork and enters in client’s electronic medical record.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Proficient Microsoft Office.
· Ability to resolve conflict and deal with issues.
Education Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent education.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
