POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are currently looking for an Inventory Coordinator/Parts Clerk to join our Fleet department in Long Branch, NJ. The Inventory Coordinator/Parts Clerk will assist the Parts Manager with ordering and receiving parts, track and manage inventory levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Confirm and track all items used from the parts room are included on work orders
• Ensures that all items are accounted for and applied to the correct unit number
• Receive and input all parts into company tracking program
• Order various material for specific projects
• Reconcile parts inventory for Long Branch yard
• Assist in researching and order necessary parts for equipment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, time management, written and verbal communication skills
• 2 years of experience in parts ordering and/or inventory management preferred.
• Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Dossier experience a plus
• Mechanical background preferred
• Proper lifting techniques required which may include lifting up to 50 pounds
