What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Resource Planning Administrator position at KIHOMAC?
Expertise and Functions
- Conduct general administrative duties using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Produce professional correspondence, task assignment and tracking, cataloguing and filing, document control and inspection, inventory control, scheduling and appointment management
- Comply with documentation requirements of AS9100, ISO 9001, and company policies
- Implement Enterprise Resource Planning software in support of production/deliveries
- Produce Travelers and Work Instructions in a timely and accurate manner to support program objectives
- Prepare for and undergo audits of documentation, inventory and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education/Training (both required and desired):
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s Degree in managerial field desired
- 2 years of experience supporting management personnel
- Experience supporting management personnel within the DoD preferred
- AS9100 and ISO 9001 experience preferred
- Previous experience with ERP system, such as JobBOSS, preferred
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
