Essential Job Functions

• Manage incoming and outgoing trucks
• Daily internal and external communication with customers, carriers, vendors, internal CSRs, etc.
• Prepare paperwork for next day shipments
• Utilize customer portal to enter orders for shipment
• Create manual packing lists for customer orders
• Ensures efficient operation of materials movement to minimize costs, increase productivity and meet customer requirements.
• Continuously seeks to improve status quo, identifies areas and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor the location and quantity accuracy of all inventory in the system.
• Responsible for scheduling and adjusting appropriate personnel to support the receiving schedule.
• Conducts Forklift Training of warehouse personnel
• Ensures environmental and safety procedures are adhered to and personnel are properly trained and certified as required by OSHA.
• Enter and receive MRO P.O.s
• Confirm receiving appointments.
• Lead Receiving staff
• Responsible for ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices, maintains a clean warehouse and dock area, and ensures processes and procedures are policies and procedures are being adhered to.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Warehouse experience required
• Inventory knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communicator skills with strengths in problem resolution
• High Energy hands-on leader style with initiative
• High level of proficiency MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strength’s relationship building and conflict management
• Reliable and willing to work overtime and changing schedules if needed
