The Guest Experience Leader helps to bring that mission into reality through training, leadership, and being a brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant. You will train every new employee how to deliver best-in-class hospitality, pour perfect beers, and create a dining experience that will leave our guests happy, full, and excited to come back. You will be the guardian of the guest experience, always coaching the crew and crew leaders towards mastery of their skills. You will work with the General Manager to take care of the restaurant, set goals, and achieve those goals. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and positive impact on the crew, the guests, and the company as a whole.
Job Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Demonstrate, train, and uphold the 6 connections of the guest experience.
Monitor and respond to all guest reviews — work with the GM and Kitchen Leader to address concerns.
Communicate all promotions, LTOs, and important guest-facing news to the crew.
Maintain high cleanliness standards in all FOH areas.
Training and Development
Coordinate all FOH training.
Conduct ongoing training and coaching with all current staff.
Track and record all FOH training progress.
Work with the GM to write FOH training schedules.
Quality and Procedure Control
Ensure all procedures are followed correctly.
Use coaching to fix incorrect procedures.
Use coaching to develop and perfect skills.
Identify training opportunities and make a plan to implement them.
Lead shifts as the PIC .
Administrative Management
Assist the GM with managing time punches.
Assist the GM with cash management.
Job Requirements
Certification on all Killer Burger Stations.
Mastery of skill and knowledge on all Killer Burger Procedures.
Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Must be able to complete store errands and attend virtual and in-person company meetings and trainings.
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Must be able to count, calculate, and balance money.
Must be able to lift 45lbs.
