Partner Strategy Project Manager

We have an immediate need for an experienced project manager with partner management experience to support our client, a leading enterprise software company located in Mountain View, California.

The right person for this role must be a strong project manager with experience working directly with partners, senior executives and internal cross functional teams including sales, marketing and training.

The responsibilities of the project manager including planning and delivering partner onboarding activities, delegating tasks to project team members, ensuring partner onboarding and readiness is completed on schedule. You will work across partner sales and marketing teams to provide execution support in key areas.

Key Responsibilities

· Map out and manage tasks and deadlines needed to onboard partners

· Schedule regular internal and external meetings to check in on progress, tracking toward a launch date

· Document team processes to improve knowledge sharing/transfer and improve process

· Identify and problem solve with the team to remove onboarding blockers

· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Training and Partner team stakeholders

· Provide weekly status updates to key stakeholders

Skills/Requirements

· 8 – 10 years of project management experience

· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

· Strong communication skills, ability to engage effectively with senior management both at Intuit and Partner stakeholders.

· Experience working with partner sales and marketing teams

· Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, SmartSheets

· Experience with reporting and analytics

· Understanding of cloud services

· Detail oriented
