Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team. As a Chocolatier, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of chocolate confections in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have a love for chocolate or pastry and/or a desire to learn , and a dedication to delivering high-quality products, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package chocolate products for sale
- Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the chocolate station
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Experience:
- Experience in working with chocolate or a strong desire to learn
- Some familiarity with food preparation and production processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Culinary background a plus but not required
