This position requires a meticulous individual who enjoys candy and confection making. Individual must be able to work quickly, multi-task and plan for a weekly production/kitchen schedule based on the needs of the store. This person works closely with our Area Manager Production Manager and Store Manager. A positive attitude is a must.

Primary Job: Create product and make guests happy

Production

  • Perform essential kitchen duties as needed following Kilwins Chocolates Franchise, Inc. proprietary recipes and best practices
  • Determine production based on immediate needs of store product levels
  • Drive sales with samples
  • Greet guests as often as possible
  • Leave kitchen clean and organized at the end of each shift
  • Assist with production of special orders as requested
  • Look to Production Manager with questions and concerns
